(9 July 2013 – Hong Kong) Vinda International Holdings Limited (“Vinda International” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries collectively known as the “Group”; stock code: 3331) is pleased to announce that it has been granted the license to market and sell its products with the images of cartoon characters in the globally popular animated television series, “SpongeBob SquarePants”. The Group will be able to sell toilet roll, tissue, paper handkerchief and wet wipe in packages bearing the cartoon character of “SpongeBob SquarePants” in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau from today until 31 July 2015.
